- To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when received.
- Certain items such as those clearly said Not Returnable in the product page are not eligible for return.

- To start a return, please contact us with your order details.
- We’ll provide return instructions and a return shipping label, if applicable.
3. Refund Process
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 2 days and credited back to your original payment method.
4. Late or Missing Refunds
- If you haven’t received a refund within the expected time frame, please check with your bank or payment provider first.
- If the issue persists, contact customer care.
5. Exchanges
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
6. Return Shipping
- If the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item), we’ll cover the shipping costs.
